We look forward to the first of our
fund-raising events on May 10th when
we welcome Esther Freud to St Mary’s.
One of Britain’s most celebrated
writers, Esther will be giving a talk with
personal insights into her work and
specifically her new publication - My
Sister and Other Lovers. This is Esther’s
10th novel and links back to the
beginning of her career and is
considered a sequel to Hideous
Kinky (1992), the much-praised debut
inspired by Freud’s childhood. My Sister
and Other Lovers is a captivating
coming-of-age novel about love,
sisterhood, secrets and betrayal. Please
