A short Said Service of Holy Communion
The church will be taking part in the annual Ride and Stride to raise funds for the Suffolk Historic Churches Trust.
Whether you are taking part in the event of just visiting, please feel free to visit us, spend a few minutes with the attendants and have a look around.
A traditional English Harvest Festival, thanking God for his provision and celebrating the hard work and dedication of local farmers and gardeners to produce our food.
The church will be decorated with harvest produce.
Please bring suitable items for donation to the Stowmarket Food Bank, if you are able so to do.
Two guided walks, led by members of the Battisford Walking Group, will start from the church at 11am. The shorter and longer walks cater for different preferences, but both finish at the church where you can enjoy hot soup with a bread roll, coffee, tea and cakes.
Please come equipped for the weather and walking on country footpaths which may be muddy. Dogs on leads are welcome too.
What could be more uplifting and delightful than to celebrate Choral Evensong in the tiny church among the trees in a Suffolk village as the sun sets?
Led by the choir of St. Mary's Church, Buxhall.
It will be dark when the service ends, so please bring a torch as the public footpath will not be lit.
