The Waterside Benefice - St Piran, Perran-ar-Worthal

Our church is known for the warmth of its welcome. We are always very happy to see new faces! Please do join us for our regular service of worship Sunday mornings at 10am. Please do not hesitate to contact our Local Leader, Paul Stuart, if you want to know more.

Our beautiful and peaceful church is open for prayer on Wednesday mornings, you would be very welcome to join us.

Perranwell Methodists have always been very close friends, and we are delighted that they join us for regular worship.

Full descriptions of the background and activities of the three churches within our benefice are given in its website www.thewatersidechurches.com

We have recognized the increasing value of internet and social media in reaching much larger audiences and improving our communication. This comprehensive website www.thewatersidechurches.com advertises all of our events and services and gives much, much more information about us. It has a contact form if you would like to get in touch. Please do go and have a look and find out what is coming up.

We also have a presence on Facebook for the Waterside Benefice, which is another good way of finding out what is going on.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Perranarworthal is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [add their details here or use the button to link to a page that shows the info] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [add their details here or use the button below to link to your own page that shows the info or the diocesan safeguarding page]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
