Easter Sunday is the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ the Son of God. He was crucified and rose three days later. The day that He rose is called Easter Sunday.
The taking of Communion is a Christian ritual of commemorating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ by breaking bread and drinking wine in his memory.
