Lent Course 2026: The Lectio Course at St Stephens
This Lent, we’re slowing down, listening deeply, and making space for God to speak.
Lectio Divina is an ancient Christian practice — a gentle, prayerful way of reading Scripture that helps us hear God’s voice through the Bible in fresh and powerful ways.
We’ll be using The Lectio Course, a five‑part series with Pete Greig (24‑7 Prayer), who guides us step by step into this beautiful rhythm of prayer.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and journey with us.
Join us at St Stephens, 7pm on:
Weds 25 Feb - Introducing Lectio Divina
Weds 4 March - Hearing God in the Bible
Weds 11 March - Hearing the Holy Spirit in our thoughts
Weds 18 March - Responding to God in prayer and prophecy
Weds 1 April - Hearing God in the whole world

Safeguarding

Our parish of Landulph is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm.
We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO on - [email protected] - or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (below).
If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
Also the NSPCC have accessible advice and guidance on many issues which affect young people. Telephone: 0808 800 5000 or e.mail: [email protected]
