Do you have an interest in the churchyard?
We will be tidying, flattening and re-seeding grave plots in preparation for the next mowing season. You can come and go as you please; times are suggestions. If you would like to help, please come along with appropriate clothes, footwear and gloves and bring any tools you have, such as a trowel, fork, rake, secateurs, etc. We will also have a range of tools available. There are lots of jobs to do, such as putting out bird feeders, bird boxes and bird baths, as well as the usual clean-up activities. Coffee and snack lunch provided from 12 noon.
Please note that, to maintain a tidy appearance, we strongly discourage planting grave spaces. Maintenance takes time and is costly, and we are obliged to ensure the space is looked after as effectively as possible.
