Everyone is welcome at our services, as we aspire to be a welcoming church that truly values everyone, seeking to be a blessing to our communities through compassionate service, practical support and advocacy against poverty, injustice and discrimination.

We believe that considered faith in God is key to flourishing as individuals and in relationship with each other and creation.

If you are new to church, faith or maybe even this corner of Norfolk, you have come to the right place!

We look forward to welcoming you!

Swafield: St Nicholas

St. Nicholas, Swafield is a chapel of ease under the care of Trunch PCC.  The medieval bells have been restored and can now chime electronically.  The building has recently evolved as an Arts Centre for the local community.  There are occasional services held at St. Nicholas but for a Sunday Service, please see our regular pattern in the Trunch Benefice or go to trunchgroup.org where all are welcome.

Safeguarding

Our Parishes are committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [Allison Jackson on 01263 720826 or [email protected]] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [Sue Brice on 01603 882345 or [email protected]]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
