Please place donations in the church porch. The church is open from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm every day.

An afternoon gathering for a bit of craft work or just a natter with friends over a cuppa and a piece of cake.

A short service of Morning Worship with coffee, biscuits and chat.

A chance for sufferers and their carers to meet up with others who have memory problems. Tea and cakes, often a singer, speaker, quizzes, reminiscences, things to do or make, outings and Christmas Lunch.

Every fourth Thursday in the month - not necessarily the last one!

We worship almost every week at St John's with hymns, prayers, and a reflection or sermon from one of our lay leaders. All are welcome, and if you arrive a bit before 11 you can join us for a hot drink and biscuits. Occasionally there is a Cluster or Circuit Service where several Churches gather together in one church building, and that may be elsewhere. Please ring 01579 362698 if in doubt.

Our styles of worship vary from Morning Worship with regular Holy Communion to Worship Leader led services in which members of the congregation take part.

A lay led service of morning worship

A new expression of church for families; parents, grandparents, aunties, friends, children, babies and toddlers are all welcome. A time to play and create, a short act of worship where we share a bible story and a song, all before enjoying a generous tea.
Also takes place on the first Sunday at St Cleer Parish Church.
