A solemn service to remember those who have departed this earth and have joined our Lord in heaven.
A capella singing, open prayer time, short homily, some silence. Refreshments are then served following the service.
Poignant Remembrance Service with Bishop Peter Hancock (Retired Bishop of Bath & Wells) and the dedication of a new stained glass window in memory of the Fallen and Lt Cmdr Richard Smith. There will also be a performance of In Flanders Fields by the Loveday Singers. NB MASS AT 8:00 AM THIS MORNING ONLY.
An Autumn music recital with singer Anna Loveday and pianist David Perkins. A mixture of opera, arts songs and musical theatre. Tickets £12.50 on the door.
A seasonal cafe in our Parish Room adjoining the church. Refreshments and home made cakes and Christmas goodies.
A special four part series unpacking the beauty, mystery and meaning of the Mass. First week: What is the Mass? Second Week: Liturgy of the Word and the Peace Third Week: Liturgy of the Eucharist and Fourth Week: Communion & Mission: Living the Mass. These will be held during the Taize Mass at 10:30am followed by refreshments and discussions.
