Welcome to St John’s the Evangelist, Oulton with Woodlesford!
We’re so glad you’ve found us. St John’s is a friendly, inclusive welcoming church family at the heart of our community. Whether you’re exploring faith, visiting the area, or looking for a church to call home, you’ll find a warm welcome here.
We gather for worship in Woodlesford Parish Hall every Thursday at 10:00am and Sunday at 11:00am. You can find full details of our services on our Facebook page or right here under “Services.”
But St John’s is more than just Sunday worship — it’s a place of friendship, encouragement, and community throughout the week:
Coffee Morning – join us on the first Saturday of each month, 10:30am–12:00pm Friendship Group – every Monday, 2:00–4:00pm Knit and Natter – Thursdays after the service, 11:00am–1:00pm
You’ll find us at Woodlesford Parish Hall, Church Street, LS26 8RE, or what3words is ///kind.slice.pine - right behind the lovely village green.

St. Oswald's Church, Methley
Welcome to St. Oswald’s in the village of Methley, Leeds. We are friendly and Inclusive Church who meet for services on Sunday mornings at 11am in an historic Grade 1 listed church.
Our services are also live-streamed on Facebook and uploaded to our YouTube Channel. We add notices and readings to the website on Saturday and post the live-streamed service to view Sunday evening.

We have a contemporary All Age Service the first Sunday of each month.
We also have Tuesday Holy Communion at St. Margaret's Hall, Main Street, Methley at 10am.
A monthly Coffee Morning is held second Saturday 10-12 and many have a focus on fundraising for a charity.
Messy Church meet third Sunday in the month at St. Margaret’s Hall from 3:30pm.
We are part of a team ministry with Holy Trinity, Rothwell, St. John the Evangelist, Oulton with Woodlesford and Christ Church, Lofthouse. The Rothwell District C of E Churches Team is a group of four churches located in the Southeast of Leeds following the Aire & Calder navigation canal.

Lofthouse Parish Church
Welcome to Christ Church, Lofthouse. We serve four distinct villages between Leeds and Wakefield - Lofthouse, Carlton, Robin Hood and Thorpe.
We are a friendly and loving church for everyone. Our church is working to encourage transformation individually, locally and globally through a growing awareness of God’s grace.
We gather for worship each Sunday:
1st Sunday: Sung Eucharist at 9:30am
2nd Sunday: Grace Space - Service of the Word at 9:30am
3rd Sunday: Sung Eucharist at 9:30am
4th Sunday: All Together Now! - Intergenerational Worship at 9:30am
5th Sunday: Said Eucharist at 9:30am
We gather for midweek worship each Wednesday:
1st and 3rd Wednesday: Midweek Eucharist at 10am
2nd and 4th Wednesday: Morning Praise at 10am
TLC Community Cafe is a ‘not for profit’ social enterprise run by Lofthouse Church for the benefit of the local community. We offer a warm, friendly space for all.
Monday: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Tuesday: 9am-1pm
Wednesday: 9am-11:30pm
Thursday: 9am-12pm
Come and join us for Tea, Coffee and Cake.
Indoor Curling Cafe (suitable for all abilities) every Monday 1:30pm-3:30pm - No booking - £1 per player.
Board Games cafe (we have an extensive range of board games) every Thursday 9am-12pm - No booking - £1 per player.
