Lent Study at the Methodist Church, Masham Draw Near: Life-giving Habits for Lent

A joint course for the Yoredale Benefice and Masham Methodist Church, exploring the life-giving habits of worshipping together, praying, exploring the Bible, sharing communion, offering service and sharing the good news with others.

There is a photocopied course booklet, and a booklet with 40 daily reflections, to give further food for thought. The cost for these will be £3 and can be bought on the day.

Contributions of milk, biscuits, cake would be welcome.

Meditation with Carla McCowan at 34 Market Place

An opportunity to reflect on 3 well-known Gospel passages through a mix of music, readings and silence. Each session will be for an hour. At the end people are free to leave or stay to share their thoughts and experience.
