Join us for a joyful Christmas celebration in the heart of the forest! We’ll gather to celebrate the magic of the season with festive games, Christmas crafts, carols, and plenty of hot drinks to keep us warm. It’s a time to share laughter, create memories, and reflect on the true meaning of Christmas as we light up the woods with joy and hope.

Welcome to Windmill Forest Church! 

 We are a  Christian community based in Bottesford, Leicestershire with 

Windmill Forest Church is a partnership with ‘A little bit Wilder Ltd’, a local Forest School Provider, to create an outdoor space where children and their parents can explore God’s creation and learn more about faith and God.

We have sole use of the forest and all the activities on offer there including rope work, free play, swinging in hammocks, craft activities including the use of tools and carving, plant & wildlife identification, foraging, cooking and fire-lighting. Each session has a faith-based theme and we interweave the faith aspect through worship songs, prayers, a short interactive talk linked to the theme and activities based on the theme.

Our church, Windmill Missional Community (Windmill Forest Church) is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
