WHAT ARE VINE GROUPS?

Vine Groups are groups of 10-12 people, who meet to grow deeper in friendship, and support one another as we learn to live like Jesus together.

We meet at different times through the week but always with the aim of encouraging each other in our faith and growing as people, guided by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said: ‘I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.’ (John 15:5)

It’s all about staying connected to God, and by extension, connected to each other – Vine Groups are a great way to help us do this!

WHEN DO WE MEET?

Online Vine Group
Mondays at 7.30pm on Zoom

Evening Vine Group
Wednesdays at 7:30pm in people’s homes

Mums Vine Group
Thursdays at 10am at the Vicarage
(babies/toddlers welcome!)

YOUTH GROUP

Every Wednesday during term time, our Youth Group (for Year 9-11) meets in Wynyard from 6:30–8pm for an evening of food, games, and honest conversations about Jesus.

YOUTH BUS

Once a month, we partner with Ten10 to bring the Youth Bus to Wynyard – a fun, safe hangout space for young people in the community. Parked outside Wynyard Primary School from 6:30–8pm, the bus is kitted out with games consoles, TVs, iPads, and more.

OUR SUNDAY RHYTHM

At Vine Church, not every Sunday looks the same! We believe church is more than a weekly service; it’s a way of life.

That’s why we follow a monthly rhythm of gathering and being sent.

Once a month we gather as a whole church family for Celebration Sundays, an all-age space to worship and celebrate what God is doing amongst us.

From there, on the other Sundays of the month, we’re sent out into smaller groups across our community – meeting in homes to deepen friendships, grow in faith, and learn together to live out the way of Jesus in our everyday lives.

New here? Celebration Sunday is the perfect place to start – join us at 3 pm on the first Sunday of the month at Wynyard Primary School.
