St John the Evangelist Oulton with Woodlesford

Welcome to St John’s the Evangelist, Oulton with Woodlesford!

We’re so glad you’ve found us. St John’s is a friendly, welcoming church family at the heart of our community. Whether you’re exploring faith, visiting the area, or looking for a church to call home, you’ll find a warm welcome here.

We gather for worship in Woodlesford Parish Hall every Thursday at 10:00am and Sunday at 11:00am. You can find full details of our services on our Facebook page or right here under “Services.”

But St John’s is more than just Sunday worship — it’s a place of friendship, encouragement, and community throughout the week:

Coffee Morning – join us on the first Saturday of each month, 10:30am–12:00pm Friendship Group – every Monday, 2:00–4:00pm Knit and Natter – Thursdays after the service, 11:00am–1:00pm

You’ll find us at Woodlesford Parish Hall, Church Street, LS26 8RE, or what3words is ///kind.slice.pine - right behind the lovely village green.

Everyone is welcome — just as you are. Whether you come for a service, a cuppa, or a chat, we’d love to see you.

“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.”– Romans 15:7
