Venue
Nether Broughton: St Mary the Virgin

Our Bible discovery group meets monthly to discover what the Bible has to say to us. Many of us have a Bible at home and hear some parts of it at Church services; some may read it on a regular basis. Whatever our experience of the Bible it has much to tell us about God and what he wants us to do. It can also instruct and comfort us when we need help. The Bible has some “good reads” too. The meetings will enable us to share these with each other and help us to understand what they mean and their relevance in the modern world.
Meetings are friendly and informal and all contributions and questions are welcomed.

It would be helpful if you could bring a Bible with you (any version)

Nether Broughton: St Mary the Virgin

St. Mary’s Church has been the focus of Christian worship in this village since the 13th Century. The ancient building is set in a beautiful churchyard. It continues to provide a place for spiritual refreshment and reflection, through its regular services and celebration of important life events. You can be assured of a warm welcome, whether or not you are a regular churchgoer. We would be delighted to see you!
