Sunday 11th May 2025

We find ourselves poised between Ascension and Pentecost—a sort of spiritual in-between, rather like when the kettle just boiled but the tea hasn’t quite brewed. The risen Christ has ascended, the Holy Spirit not yet descended and the Church… waits. Not idly, but prayerfully, hopefully, as Jesus’ followers did in the upper room.

This Sunday at 10am, Revd Suzanne will be preaching and Revd Richard will be presiding at Holy Communion. Come, be part of our worship, and bring someone with you—these things are best shared.

And at 9am, our Bubble Church returns—a joyful, puppet-filled service especially for young families to worship, pray, and explore God’s love together. Do come a little early for fresh croissants and coffee—it’s church with crumbs and smiles, and all are welcome.
