This is compulsory training for all PCC Members, Pastoral Workers and Children's Workers. This is one of 2 sessions that will be hosted at St Peter's Church SOT and either can be attended. There is also the option to complete this training online, follow the link on the Diocese Website

We will have a speaker from Rural Missions at our next Deanery Synod meeting on Wednesday 19th November. This will be an open meeting, to which all are welcome. We will hear how our rural churches can build on their deep community relationships and rich history of faith to reach our villages with the message of the Gospel, in ways that are relevant to their context and situation.

The meeting is led by the Archdeacon and involves the Parochial Church Council (PCC) and other church officials, such as the rural dean. Its purpose is to outline the process for appointing a new incumbent, discuss the PCC's role, and address immediate concerns.

On the 5th Sunday of the month we invite all our Benefice to join together in one church for a service usually with a Guest Speaker and Communion.
