Come and explore 750 year-old St Margaret's Church including the resting places of the Draycott family. The church is full of ancient and interesting items including the chest that was used to hide the valuables belonging to the church during the Reformation. It was rediscovered in the mid 19th century, bricked up behind a local farmhouse fireplace. The church also features a window by famous designer Charles Eamer Kempe (1837-1907), a contemporary of William Morris. Refreshments available to purchase in the church hall. Free parking on site. There is a toilet in the church and another at the church hall. Dogs and children welcome!

Welcome to St Margaret's Draycott-in-the-Moors! We have a service at 10am every Sunday morning, alternating between Holy Communion (1st and 3rd Sundays) and a Service of The Word (2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays). We would love to see you soon.
