Morning Prayer

The format differs depending on who attends and the time of the year. During School term-time we are usually joined by some of the children and staff from Colwich CofE Primary School (parents are invited too). At other times of year, we gather at the front of church for a simple, said act of worship.

There may not be a service on Wednesdays immediately after Easter, Christmas and New Year. Please check before attending.

Morning Worship

All-age Worship (Prayz & Play) on the 1st Sunday of the month, with refreshments. Holy Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays (and major feast days) and Morning Prayer on the 3rd Sunday, followed by refreshments.

Holy Communion (first Sunday only)

Monthly. Every First Sunday at for 45 mins

A reflective, said service, in traditional language following the order of the Book of Common Prayer 1662 on the first Sunday of each month.

We start Lent together at this shared service with the imposition of ashes (optional) and Holy Communion at St Nicholas, Abbots Bromley. Please contact us if you need a lift to the service.

Join us this Lent as we explore how to read the Bible in 5 weekly sessions based on the book of the same name ('How to Read the Bible') by Miranda Threlfall-Holmes, Archdeacon of Liverpool). You do not need to buy the book. There are groups on Tuesdays at Abbots Bromley and Colton and on Thursday evenings. All the groups look at the same session each week, so feel free to 'mix and match'.

This group meets immediately after the mid-week communion service, which starts at 10.00 am.
