On Wednesday 15th April our speaker will be the Right Honorable Sir Gavin Williamson, CBE. His talk will not have a political theme but it will be an opportunity to learn more about our MP. For instance, when I “Googled” him I discovered he had a pet tarantula called Cronus when he was Chief Whip. Apparently, the spider was kept on his desk much to the consternation of his staff, oh and he is also very fond of dogs

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in Sandon Parish Rooms, Lichfield Road, Sandon at 7-30pm.
