We have already got to the second meeting of 2026! We are lucky at Sandon WI because we have a wide range of topics brought to us by a talented band of speakers. On February 18th we are all going to be “Passionate About Penguins”. I always think they look like a bunch of well-turned-out waiters!! Paul Rodney will be telling us more about these fascinating birds. Their habitat is under threat both from global warming and man. If you do decide to take the plunge and come to a meeting the competition is a favourite Penguin Book and there are always delicious refreshments to enjoy.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in Sandon Parish Rooms, Lichfield Road, Sandon at 7-30pm.
