Starting with the blessing of the New Fire outside Church and the Lighting of the Easter Candle, we process into a darkened Church where we listen to the Easter praises ( the “Exsultet”) and then to various scripture readings, leading us into the first Mass of Easter.

Welcome to the parish Church of St Andrews, Birchills Walsall.  We currently hold one weekly sung Mass on a Sunday at 10.30am.  All are welcome to join us in our worship, alongside which we have a Young Believers group for children/young people.

St Andrews is a church rooted in the catholic tradition of the Church of England, and we are currently in vacancy. However mass is still celebrated weekly with possible slight time alterations.
