Dear Friends

Here at St Gabriel's we have been blessed over the past 42 years for the music that has magnified our worship given by our talented organists on our Pipe Organ. The current organ after 42 years is now needing repair and a quarter of the organ now no longer works. To rebuild the current organ would be in excess of £80k and then further yearly maintenance would have to be done. We feel that this cost would be far too much to raise. Therefore we have looked at replacing the organ size with a Digital Instrument which would give us more versatility for the future at a much reduced cost enabling us to use the organ for concerts and welcome other musicians to play for us and the community of Fullbrook. To kick start our fundraising we will be launching 'Buy a stop' enabling you to have a part in the new organ. You may wish to buy a stop or a part of the organ in memory of a loved one who enjoyed their music as a way of remembering them. For us to purchase a new organ we will have to raise around £27k.

We do hope you will be able to support this appeal so the music tradition of this Parish can continue for many years to come.

Please see the attached document with the information in regarding buy a stop.

Yours in Christ
