Open Gardens and Scarecrow Competition

A huge thank you to all those who opened their gardens, baked cakes, served bacon butties, Pimm’s, champagne, strawberries, ice creams, teas, coffees and scones and to Hilary who organized our Scarecrow Competition, to Hazel who set the Children’s Quiz and to Jan and Joanne for organizing the Vintage Cars Show. Also to Rev'd. Duncan for producing an amazing brochure. With an even bigger Thank You to all those who visited and supported the event. 

We raised over £2,600.00 for church funds and had a truly wonderful weekend to boot!! 

We are already looking forward to next year when the Gardens will be open for the weekend of 26th and 27th June 2027. 

We are always looking for new gardens to join our event, so you have a whole year to think about it and plan.
