Thy Kingdom Come (TKC) is a global prayer movement inviting Christians to pray from Ascension to Pentecost (29th May to 8th June) for people to come to know Jesus. Since May 2016, God has grown TKC into a movement uniting more than a million Christians in prayer, in nearly 90% of countries worldwide, across 85 different denominations and traditions - so that friends and family, neighbours and colleagues might come to faith in Jesus Christ.

You are invited to pray that God’s Spirit might work in the lives of 5 people you know, so that they might come to faith.

During this period the prayer tree in Church will be available for the name or simply an initial of someone you would like to pray for.

Wombridge Parish Church

We look forward to welcoming you to our Sunday services or to any of our events. 

We come together on Sundays in June as follows: 

Sunday 1st: 4pm Holy Communion

Sunday 8th: 11am Family Service

Sunday 15th: 4pm Holy Communion

Sunday 22nd: 11am Family Service

Sunday 29th: 10.30am St Peter’s Priorslee, Patronal Festival and final service before closure

There is also a short morning service each Wednesday at 9.15am

The parish of Wombridge: St Mary & St Leonard is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Lichfield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA.
