The purpose of the APCM and Meeting of Parishioners is for the election of officers, receive reports on what the Church has been up to and hear plans for the future. This is your opportunity to ask questions or raise other issues.
Anyone on the church electoral role and anyone resident in the parish and registered to vote is entitled to vote in the election of churchwardens.
All on the church electoral roll and those who reside in the parish may attend the APCM and take part in discussions. Other members of the Hermitage team may attend and participate. Only those on the electoral roll may vote.
The formal meeting notice and detailed agenda will be displayed on the church notice board.
