The success of Community Teas, Artwave, concerts, play readings etc in drawing the community together and into the church has prompted the need for a loo and small kitchen to service the increased footfall. The PCC has now embarked on raising the funds to make this project possible and to equip the church for the 21st century. The building has been serving our community for well over 900 years and we wish to update the building to help it survive for another 900 years! We have put together a small fundraising committee and will be posting regular updates on this website and on the Village WhatApp chat. The Diocesan Advisory Committee have given formal approval to our Project so that we have commenced fundraising with applications to trust and foundations. We have already raised over 50% of the funds we need to complete the project. Please contact Nicolas Chisholm Churchwarden if you are interested in helping us raise the remaining £20,000.
