This service is more informal with a mix of good hymns and contemporary songs. Communion is included on the 4th (& 5th) Sunday of the month, making the service a little longer. Each service is finished with coffee being served in the church. On the second, third and fourth Sundays each month, the children go the village hall for Sunday school. The children join us before the final hymn to share what they've been doing. A play mat and changing station are set up so that parents can keep babies and toddlers in the service with them. Service of thanksgiving

This event is attended by a Squadron from 5 Maresfield, 11th Royal Signals Regiment in memory of their time stationed in Maresfield in the 20th century. Wreaths are laid by dignitaries at the village memorial. Refreshments are served after the service in Maresfield Service.

Festive evening for the whole family, children, parents, grandparents, villagers and friends. Watch the village light up at 5pm and then move into the warmth of St.Bartholomew's Church for the nativity story told by Revd.Ben with carols and all enjoyed with mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies and biscuits. Listen out for Santa who we are hoping will pop in to say hello to the children.
