For more than 20 years members of our congregation and the wider community have supported the 'Link to Hope Shoe Box Appeal'.  The boxes are filled either with items which can be shared between family members, or are filled with items more suitable to elderly members of the community.  The boxes are transported to either Romania, Moldova, Romania or the Ukraine and are distributed by the charity's volunteers.  It is an opportunity to share love, joy and hope to those in need.

This year we have collected more than 50 boxes, and these with 100 knitted blankets contributed by our Knit and Natter Group and other willing knitters, will be delivered to the Link to Hope Warehouse later this month.
