POP-UP PLANT AND CAKE SALE

On Saturday 11th July we held an extremely successful plant and cake sale at Pagham Church Centre, Nyetimber Lane. The event raised much needed funding for the church but was also very successful social afternoon.

This event was only made possible by the generosity of a number of local businesses providing us with the produce to sell and we are very grateful for all of their support.

Newey Wholesale Plant Nursery provided a large selection of plants - Hydrangeas, Gerberas, Cana Lillies, Sunflowers and Begonias

Vitacress provided boxes of herbs and larger pots of herbs - Rosemary, Basil, Thyme. Coriander, Parsley and Mint

Barfoots provided a large selection of fresh vegetables - Sweet Corn, Butternut Squash, Green Beans, Broccoli and Courgettes.

Large numbers of people visited during the afternoon to snap up the plants and produce, and also to purchase some delicious home made cakes. Tea, coffee and home made cakes were served throughout the afternoon with people staying to sit and chat.
