The Pantry was a little quieter than usual this Wednesday, probably due to the extremely hot weather, but it was encouraging to welcome two new visitors this week. We continue to see new faces regularly, highlighting the ongoing need for this support. Many who attended also spent time in the main hall for coffee, where representatives from Breakeven Gambling Support were available and received a number of expressions of interest. Next week, there will be Café Church for Pantry users and anyone else exploring Christianity at 3.00 pm. Citizens Advice will also be in the church from 4.00 – 6.00 pm, offering support and advice to anyone in the community who may need it. If you are able to help us restock our cupboards, we are short of pasta sauce, cereals, baked beans, sweetcorn and teabags please. Thank you for your ongoing support.
