First Communion of Christmas

for 45 mins
St Andrew (The Valley Parish includes All Saints, East Dean and The Blessed Virgin Mary, Singleton)
Church Lane (off A286) West Dean Chichester, PO18 0QZ, United Kingdom

A simple service of Holy Communion to begin our celebration of Christmas.

The Blessed Virgin Mary (The Valley Parish includes All Saints, East Dean and St Andrew's, West Dean)

The largest and most central of the three churches, this is the Parish Church of The Blessed Virgin Mary. The War Memorial – which has recently been refurbished and rededicated – stands in the churchyard commemorating those from Singleton and Charlton who fell in the two world wars.

We hold regular services on the 2nd Sunday of the month. We would love to see you one day, when you can be sure of a friendly welcome.

Our Parish

Safeguarding

Our parish of East Dean, Singleton & West Dean is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chichester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Sarah Pierson, [email protected]/07970 675128 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor www.safeguarding.chichester.anglican.org. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
