Benefice service combining contemporary worship songs and traditional hymns, prayers and address. Holy Communion on the 2nd Sunday in the month. CONNECT young people's group takes place at 10am in the adjacent St James Centre

At Be Still we pray silently not only for people who are acutely ill, but also those with long-term health problems. We also pray for people facing all sorts of difficulties and challenges, such as struggling businesses, job interviews, starting at college or university, financial and other worries. We pray for people by name or anonymously.

We sing carols on the Village Green which is opposite 'The Wittering' pub. Mince pies and mulled wine are served before the carol singing begins. A collection will be taken to support West Wittering Primary School and St Paul's School in Bo, Sierra Leone.

For pre and primary school age children - dress up as a nativity character or an animal! Only two accompanying adults please to avoid overcrowding. Carols, short readings and prayers and a wonderful atmosphere of excitement and expectation!
