We start our service in the Church Room, Pound Road, and then walk in procession to the church to continue the service. Palm crosses are distributed. People who are less mobile may prefer to sit in the church and wait for the short procession to arrive. The service includes a dramatised reading of the Passion Gospel. This extract from the Bible describes the trial and crucifixion of Jesus which he suffered for love of us.
