Centering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer. This method of prayer is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship. A group of people who practice individual Centering Prayer meet at Holy Cross every Thursday at 4pm. You are very welcome to come and try the practice. After a brief introduction, we will be silent for 20 minutes. Contact Phil 01273 683918 or [email protected] for more details.
