In the recent heatwave, the church has been a welcome space to be cool and calm. From May 2026, there has been the opportunity for a friendly chat and refreshments, or a time for quiet contemplation or prayer. Manned by volunteers from our congregation on a Saturday morning 10-12noon, a number of people have been welcomed through the doors to enjoy our beautiful Grade one listed building, with the added bonus of an iced coffee too!  We aim to continue this throughout the summer and look forward to many more from the community and beyond making the most of our special building.
