Our first Christmas Tree Festival approaches

Something wonderful is heading our way in December with the first St Peter's Church Christmas Tree Festival!

🎄✨ THE MAGIC IS COMING TO BURNHAM! ✨🎄

We are absolutely thrilled to announce St Peter’s first Christmas Tree Festival from Thursday 3rd December to Sunday 6th December.

The church will be transformed into a glowing wonderland with a forest of beautifully decorated trees - all decorated and created by our amazing local groups, church groups, community charities, and business organisations. 🌟

There is something for everyone across the four days:

🥁 The Grand Opening Ceremony (Thursday 3rd December - 10am) with carols from local schoolchildren and festive refreshments.

🍷 Twilight Viewings (Thursday 3rd & Friday 4th, 5pm–7pm) – See the trees lit up after dark with mulled wine and mince pies

🔔 Handbells (Friday 4th 10:30am) adding a beautiful festive soundtrack.

🎪 Making a day of it on Saturday 5th December in Burnham?

St Peter's will be open all day from 11am until 8pm as your warm, indoor oasis right alongside the Burnham Traditional Christmas Market which is making a welcome return to the village! Step inside, escape the cold, and meet all the fabulous trees.

Also on Saturday 5th -

🤫 Quiet Space (Saturday 5th from 11:30am - 12:30pm) – a peaceful, calmer environment for anyone who prefers to avoid the big crowds.

🎭 Festive Puppet Show (Saturday 5th at 1pm) – heaps of festive songs, with energy and laughter for the kids (and big kids!).

🎄Last Chance to View - (Sunday 6th from 1pm until 5pm) - drop in to see the trees in all their glory as the festival draws to a close with...

🍻 Cider & Carols (Sunday 6th December Grand Finale) – raising a glass of cider or our custom 'Cornerstone' IPA to sing your favourite carols!
