Groups will leave the old Hermitage Leisure Centre site, at 1:50pm and will move down Leicester Road and North Street to the church where the service starts at 2:15 pm. At 2:50pm wreath laying takes place around the war memorial next to the church.
The church is usually packed, so if you want a seat you will need to be there in good time!
