Whit Walks - St George’s Mossley - and our joint representative Rose Queens - will be taking part in the Walk of Witness on Friday 29th May. You can meet at the church for Holy Communion at 8.30am followed by a short procession to the Market Ground, or you can meet them there at around 9.50am. From there the procession usually continues to Manchester Road via Stamford Road and then returns to the church. It is a very popular event in Mossley, along with attendances by other churches and a brass band, and promises to be a very enjoyable morning. There will be refreshments in the Church Room around midday.
