What services take place when

Despite advertising for a new minister, we have had no applications.

Don't worry, we have a large volunteer community and so services are continuing as usual. Here in Fenny Drayton this is our schedule:

1st Sunday - we have a Holy Communion service lead by a helpful local vicar.  This is a formal service where we share the bread and wine to commemorate the Last Supper and the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross.

2nd Sunday - Benefice Service (we take it in turns to hold a Holy Communion Service in each of our village churches and travel to join in wherever they may be)

3rd Sunday - 'All Age' service. Usually led by our Associate minister, Michelle. These services are suitable for children and adults alike and are more informal, using less complex language.

4th Sunday - Morning Worship led by members of of church community. Again, this service is more laid back than the Holy Communion one.

5th Sunday - If there is a 5th Sunday, this will be another Benefice Service

All our services have sung hymns with spoken liturgy (words) .
