About Us
St Wilfrid's Church has been described as 'a little gem' which nestles among the trees and farmland on the edge of the village of Screveton.
The church boasts a number of highly regarded features including the font, piscina, a Charles II Royal Arms and two misericords together with a large alabaster chest tomb in the bell tower which contains the remains of Richard Whalley. The wildflower churchyard is a place of peace and tranquillity. The church is always open, should you wish to visit.
