The Church of St. Martin, Dunton, Bucks, serves a tiny village with a small population, so rather than conducting regular weekly services we function as a ‘Festival Church’: marking significant events in the church calendar (Easter, Christmas, Harvest, Martinmas etc.) with an appropriate service. We also aim to make each service an ‘event’ with the church at its centre, but often with additional elements - such as a village bonfire and beef feast for Martinmas, or a Harvest Supper in the church.
