Our Place of Welcome belongs to a growing network of Places of Welcome that are run by local community groups who want to make sure everyone in your area has a place to go for conversation and a cup of tea if and when they need it.

Baptisms are held on the 2nd or 4th Sunday of the month as part of our Morning Worship.

An all age communion service on the 3rd Sunday of the month, which brings the whole church together for the duration of the service. The interactive sermon will appeal to children and young people as much as to older generations. Music is a mix of songs and hymns. Arrive 20mns before the start to take part in pre-service activities and enjoy some refreshments.

The Book of Common Prayer service normally held on the 4th Sunday of the month.

Join us for 45 minutes of informal and creative worship with simple craft and catchy songs. It is a child friendly service designed with babies, toddlers and kids.

Every little pick helps! We want everyone to be able to look after our beautiful planet, starting on our door step. So we have invested in litter pickers (for adults and children) with hi vis jackets & a new motto 'the less rubbish church'! They are always available before our services but we make a special point to host a community litter pick on the 1st Sunday of the month! Join the litter picking to help us keep the grounds around the Church and the Common free of litter.

Once a month, we create space for a more contemplative form of worship.
Lasting 40mns, this service of prayer with communion includes a seasonal liturgy, 20 minutes of silence, and a few Taizé chants as we break bread together.
