You can count me among those that don't really want to think about my death or funeral, but I also know that I don't want my family to have to stress about it either and so I will be filling out this form and leaving it for them so that, come that time, all my wishes will be available to them and funeral planning will be be least of their concerns.I hope that you can use this form in that way too.
