A quiet and contemplative service to end the day. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Holy Week.
We remember the events of the Last Supper, including the washing of feet as an act of service on this night before Jesus died. A contemporary service of Holy Communion. Followed by a Vigil before the Blessed Sacrament as we watch with Christ in Gethsemane.
We hear the story of the Passion of Christ, respond in silence and prayer, and receive Communion from the Sacrament reserved from the Maundy Thursday service.
For children and families. Come and hear the story of the Cross and the Empty Tomb, with activities, crafts and refreshments.
