You’re invited to church this Christmas!

You are very welcome at our Advent and Christmas services and events – bring your family and friends or come along on your own. Whether it will be your first time at church or you have been before, we look forward to welcoming you!

This Sunday is the Second Sunday of Advent, a season of preparation, hope and expectation as we look forward to celebrating the birth of Christ and his coming again in glory. After the 10.00 Sung Mass, all are warmly invited to our Monthly Conversation about Faith, where we will be exploring the meaning and history of Advent. On Saturday evening, we host our Very Merry Christmas Concert. Doors open at 18.15 for a 19.00 start — a wonderful evening of festive music and community. All are welcome. At 18.00 on Sunday, we hold our gentle and reflective Blue Christmas Evensong, for anyone who finds this time of year difficult or who is remembering loved ones no longer with us. Music will be provided by the Becket Singers, including well-known carols such as Silent Night and O Little Town of Bethlehem. We would be grateful for volunteers to help with refreshments in the hall after the service. Join us as we continue our Advent journey with worship, reflection, and fellowship.
