An opportunity to absorb the beauty of the building and receive peace. simply turn up and relax. Slow down, listen to some relaxing music, reflect and enjoy some quiet and space for your own thoughts. Times of silence and breathing exercises also included.
No need to say anything, no religious knowledge or affiliations expected.
Come and go as you please. Held in All Saint's House during the winter, open from 5.30pm, 30 minutes of relaxation…..from 6:15pm.
Join us as we look at the Nicene Creed, 1700 years old this year, an enduring statement of faith of Christians around the world. We meet for each Wednesday in October, either in person at All Saints' House on Wednesday mornings at 10:30am or on Zoom as below.

We join together as a Parish once a month, a change to get together in a relaxed atmosphere over coffee & cake, to worship the Lord, and talk about today's teaching. We meet in turn at each of the Chigwell churches: September - All Saints', October - St Winifred's, November - St Mary's.
