The Herald is the monthly magazine of the parish of St Margaret, Downham with St Peter, South Hanningfield and St Mary the Virgin, Ramsden Bellhouse.The magazine includes news and information from the Church and wider Community in our villages.
We regret to announce that there will be no services at St Mary’s Ramsden Bellhouse until further notice. There are structural problems with the ceiling on one side of the church, making it unsafe for use until remedied. The process of getting quotations and permission for any work to be carried out will take a considerable time as will the work itself. Information about the damage is included in the Current issue of the Herald.
