This year’s Lent Course will return to the basics of the Christian faith and look at the sacraments as the foundations of Christian life. In the first session we will talk about the metaphysical nature of sacraments as ‘outward signs of invisible grace’, before looking in more depth at each of the 7 sacraments in turn.
