St. Thomas, Hullbridge

St. Thomas of Canterbury is a modern Church with a friendly, intimate atmosphere and an adjoining hall for community use.

We meet for worship every Sunday at 9.30 a.m. This is usually the Parish Eucharist, but on the third Sunday of each month, we have a more informal Morning Worship.

Sometimes we have Breakfast Church which is a simpler service and it starts with bacon, sausage or croissant. If you want to know more about us, this is a great service to try. See you there!

We also have occasional Parade Services when Scout and Guide groups join us and take part in the services. These are usually on special occasions like Mothering Sunday, Harvest and Remembrance.

Prayers of Love and Faith

The Prayers of Love and Faith are a series of prayers intended for ministers to use for same-sex couples. They are designed to be used, to pray with and for a same-sex couple who love one another and wish to give thanks for and mark that love in faith before God. We are offering the Prayers of Love and Faith in this parish. Please contact us for further information.
